amplicomms Powertel 780 Cordless Phone with Answering Machine (Hands Free Functionality, Low Radiation, Elderly Friendly Phone)

We ordered an Amplicomms " Powertel 780 to replace our existing. We live in ENGLAND.. The enclosed hand book was ALL in foreign languages.......NO ENGLISH....NO WAY TO COMPLAIN TO AMPLICOMMS about the contents of the box.....The POWER cable and the cable from the phone to the B T connection were, we assume, for European use.......they were not much good to us ! We used the existing cables from the previous telephone ! It most surely is your responsibility to control / sort the stock to suit your customer's requirements. ???? It was later found that the spoken message from the Answer Phone was in GERMAN.. The lot was returned for refund !

As I am hard of hearing my revue might not do full justice to this product, however, I certainly am able to hear clearly incoming calls. My wife, who has excellent hearing, does not consider the Audioline 780 to be particularly good and prefers the old phone we have.

Delivered with foreign power plugs and phone cable plug, so couldn't use it.

Il prodotto funziona bene ma ho trovato strano che le istruzioni per l'uso e la lingua predisposta nell'apparecchio telefonico fosse il tedesco ( e non l'inglese) notoriamente non molto conosciuta. Ho dovuto pertanto scaricare da internet una guida in inglese trafficando non poco (una quarantina di pagine)!

No funcionaba bien el telefono y carecia de manual de instrucciones en castellano. Un fracaso de compra. Por ello lo devolvimos rapidamente

Dieses Produkt habe ich für meinen Großvater gekauft. Er konnte trotz Hörgerät fast nichts mehr hören (Hörgerät wurde bereits auf die Lautstärke einer Polizei-Sirene eingestellt). Andere Telefone waren erst gar nicht verwendbar, weil er keinen an der Gegenseite verstanden hat.Dank diesem Produkt war ein normales Telefonieren wieder möglich- dazu musste lediglich an der Seite des Telefons ein Knopf gedrückt werden, wodurch der interne Verstärker aktiviert wurde.Für mich persönlich war die Lautstärker kaum aushaltbar (so laut...).Die Form des Telefons ist speziell für Hörgeräte geeignet. Die Knöpfe am oberen Teil des Telefons stören überhaupt nicht (man kommt auch NICHT ausversehen dort dran).Lautsprecher kann optional auch aktiviert werden.DIsplay beleuchtet. Klingellautstärke auch extrem laut einstellbar.Menüführung SOLLTE für JEDEN verständlich sein!!!!Fazit: Für diejenigen, die trotz Hörgerät so gut wie gar nichts verstehen: KLARE Kaufempfehlung!

BonjourTéléphoner est une galère pour le malentendant que je suis !Cet appareil apporte une aide en ce sens que l'amplification est vraiment forte.Je ne l'ai pas encore complètement apprivoisé mais je sens qu'il m'apportera un peu plus de confort dans les conversations téléphoniques.Dommage qu'il ne soit pas bluetooth pour pouvoir être utilisé avec les accessoires de type "Compilot" de PHONAK !Cordialement

positiv:echt laut. Dafür zwei Sterne.negativ:Mobilteil und Station sind nur schwer verständlich zu bedienen. Kryptische Symbole, nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ohne Bedienungsanleitung geht da gar nichts. Schnellwahltasten können nicht über das Telefonbuch belegt werden. Super umständlich alles. Sehr schade.Verstärkte Hörerlautstärke ist zu laut, lässt sich aber nicht regulieren. Ohne Verstärkung ist es zu leise.Ich würde es nur Personen empfehlen, die kein Problem mit schlechter Benutzbarkeit haben. Für meine Mutter ist es völlig ungeeignet. Mit Siemens kommt sie gut klar. Die sind nur zu leise...
