Lots of movement and all the pockets are in the right place for comfort. All reviews show issues with the size, definitely order a size below your normal waist size, I am normally a 40 inch waist but ordered a 38 which is a little loose but nothing a belt doesn’t solve I think a 36inch waist would have been too tight.
