Good quality and easy to install.
One thing that was important to me is the fact it comes with 3M tape to stick to the helmet opposed to the clip on method which isn't compatible with my helmet. (It comes with both mounting options). Music seemed to be too quiet at first but you have to turn off the "sound check" feature on your iphone and it's much louder but not too much louder where you won't be able to hear traffic noise or sirens which you wouldn't want that anyways for safety reasons. I've only had one phone call with it but I was at idle so I was able to hear and talk clearly. Not sure how it would be if I had a call while I was riding. My exhaust is a little loud though

great for listening to music, but Siri integration is terrible
If you want a headset to listen to tunes or podcasts/audiobooks, this unit is pretty great. Plenty of volume to hear even at freeway speeds. However, I also wanted this to be able to make and receive calls. For that, well, it sucks, because you can't really be punching on your phone to make a call whilst riding a moto. I'd hoped that I'd just be able to holler "hey siri" and direct a call or a text. No joy. Apparently you can do a "long press" of the mode button and siri will come up. First off, that's one of several tiny buttons on the unit, so not particularly convenient. But even when I've tried to do this off the bike in my garage as a test, it almost never works. If someone calls me, the call quality is actually quite good... which makes it even more disappointing that it's so hard to use to make a call from the bike.Still four stars for great connection quality, good sound quality, and amazing battery life at a very entry level price point. I just wish siri actually worked.

Love it!
I use this for a 3/4 helmet and it works great! Good sound, though I do have it at its close to loudest setting because I wear ear plugs when riding, but I can hear crisply. I've made phone calls on the road and folks can hear me just fine. Easy to set up, I suspect set up is subjective depending on the helmet it's being set up on. Battery seems fine. I haven't really put it through a long trip but so far it shows that it holds up well. I appreciate that it tells me the battery percentage on my phone after turning the BT on. Excellent purchase!

Easy to learn
First off I’ll start by saying that the product works flawlessly. It’s big and bulky and the buttons wiggle a little. For what it cost compared to the brand dominating the market it’s all forgiven. The audio quality really comes to its own when you wear earplugs. The controls are intuitive albeit summoning Siri isn’t always smooth but they may be user error more than anything. Overall I don’t think any of its faults would make me drum up the $3-400 dollars for the premium comm links. What I didn’t like and why I didn’t give it more stars is really the mounting hardware and speakers mounting situation. It uses Velcro and really sticky tape. The foam surrounding the speakers is comical grade and tears easily. I have resorted to using 3M double sided tape and ditching what they provide because frankly it just fell apart. Yes I did call customer service and Amazon CS told me to contact them and they have never responded to my emails. So 3 stars it is. I wouldn’t let that dissuade you from getting it just make sure you know exactly where and how to mount everything the first time cause there is no adjustment fine or otherwise.

Very good Bluetooth communicator
The media could not be loaded. Received product great package all supplies and manual for the install. At first sound seemed low but repositioned speakers appropriately and perfect loud and clear. Love the 3 modes for treble, mid, and bass. Very functional and easy to use unit. Be careful to install properly I had torn the fabric from speaker using different Velcro totally user error but fixed it. I have this installed on my full face MTB helmet for eskate lonboarding and cycling and works great. Love it so much going to by another for my other helmet. note the speaker needs to be positioned properly for clarity nit to high just right. The speakers are great and will even fit into non Bluetooth helmet. Keep in mind YMMV depending on your install.

Extremely low volume over 40 mph
I bought to replace the wired Harley units. That was a mistake. Here’s why, 0-20 mph it works fine. But when you get from 30-40 mph you have to try to hear. From 40-60 mph you you’re picking up partial words and trying to figure out what the other person is saying. And over 60 mph forget about it. You’ll know they are talking but won’t be able to make out a word. It’s the same with the synced phone for music and calls. Being that a large majority of my riding is highways and freeways, this just doesn’t work for me.

Hearing Music
This product is really not so bad to be honest, easy to install not much work to be done, I haven't use the radio or to talk to other people with it, I only use it to hear music but is great. One small problem is obviously that when I drive in the freeway, I can barely hear my music due to the sound of the air hitting the helmet. But in other words, not a bad price for a good product!
