Adorable micro brick set
I love the details, with the little flowers growing and the pond in the corner. The bricks stick together well once you get them firmly on, even the very small round 1x1 ones; I had very few issues with pieces falling off while building it. Also, it does come with a micro brick remover in case you need one.Like many micro brick sets, the pieces come mixed together and will need to be sorted. There are a lot of tiny pieces here (including round 1x1 pieces that are prone to rolling away if placed sideways on the table), and not many extras, so I think the 14+ age recommendation is accurate.Compared to other micro brick sets I've done, I found the instructions on this one quite a bit easier to follow. The images in the booklet for building the grassy area are large enough that I felt confident in my understanding of where to put each brick, instead of having to squint at the instructions and make my best guess as I often do with micro brick layers! And the colors are pretty accurate, too. I got a little confused at first about the dark brown vs medium brown, but once I compared how black and all three shades of brown are shown in the instructions, it was easy to understand which color it was asking for after that -- and it's even easy to tell apart the light pink, purple, and dark pink, which are ones that frequently I've seen be hard to distinguish in building brick sets. This is definitely a set for someone who has some experience with micro brick sets and is up for a challenge. As someone who falls in both those categories, I really enjoyed it.

Hard build-very delicate!
I purchased this for one of my three kids to put together. All 3 of them, ranging from 11 to 17, love putting together any style of building blocks, especially the micro blocks. I thought this looked like a fun and pretty set and with just over 2000 blocks, it might give them a good challenge. This set came in a very pretty box. I appreciate a nice box because we gift so many building block sets that it's nice to have a picture on the box since so many off brand sets have a generic box. At first we thought the instruction manual looked easy to read but as we got into building it, especially the branches, our eyes went cross eyed. On some of the pages it is very hard to look at the manual, build what you need to, and come back to find the place where you were. My kids used a small piece of paper to "hide" what they already did so they knew where they needed to start at again. The bags of bricks were not numbered in the order you would use them but bagged per "style" of brick. This wasn't horrible. My kids always use a tackle box style of box to divide out their bricks before they start so they are easy to see. The initial build of this wasn't bad. Basically the brown portion of the tree wasn't bad, it was when you got to the flowers/pink bricks where it started to give you trouble. Not only were the pink piece small but they were confusing to decipher and all of my kids fingers hurt from trying to put them on. And once you got one on, another one popped off. I'm not sure if the kids got this put together correctly because they eventually said whatever, threw the last of the pieces on somewhere, and quit. This was not a difficult build other than the "cherry blossoms" that gave us the biggest problem with them popping off, hard to read the manual for those and them hurting our finger tips. This set is beautiful and I'm sure someone out there has more patience than my kids do to get this together correctly. Unfortunately this just didn't go well for us.

Definitely MICRO blocks as advertised; for older kids/adults
This building set is listed as having 2,000+ pieces of mirco blocks, which is definitely accurate advertising. The pieces are TINY. The single piece blocks are even smaller than the width of a standard pencil. So it definitely takes care, time, and precision to put this together. The instructions also aren't great and are NUMEROUS. It is certainly more appropriate for adults or older children. For these reasons, I am giving it 4 stars.

very small footprint and small micro sized pieces
This building block set has so many small pieces. The entire footprint fits on the green board. I took a pic with a AA battery for size reference purposes. The entire 2000+ pieces will fit on this tiny board. The pieces are divided up into 6 packages - labeled 1 through 6. There's a full-color instruction booklet. I always like to put the flowers on the stems before putting that piece on - like in steps #55/56/57.I have a few others to put together before this one. I'll update my review later.Review for 2000+ PCS Micro Blocks Pink Cherry Bonsai Tree Building Sets,Creative Exquisite Sakura Tree House, Good Gift Choice for 14+ Kids and Adults (B0CSMXGKNR)

Miniature building blocks
Lots of tiny pieces but they are sturdy and fit in okay. The design is delicate so I would recommend gluing the pieces as you build them. It gets frustrating when the pieces fall off with a slight touch.

Lots of pieces but well sorted
This set has SO many pieces, but they are really well sorted and their individual packs give you a nice organized stopping point when doing this project in sections. I was also happy to see a block tool for help moving around blocks and saving finger tips/nails. The flower pieces are all separate but this pays off in the end that they are beautiful and so life like (for blocks).
