I ordered this to wear to a Cinco de Mayo party. For the price, I didn't expect much -- I figured I'd wear it "one and done". However, I love it and now expect to wear it many times.When I first tried it on, the fabric felt stiff and scratchy (it is 100% woven cotton, not knit like a t-shirt). I usually wash things before the first wearing, so I tossed it into the washing machine hoping that it would not shrink, then ran it through the dryer until it was damp. I hung it up and shaped it -- no shrinkage and no wrinkles. Once it was dry, it's still a little bit stiff but much improved. I'll likely give it a second washing before wearing it.I love how good the workmanship is. The embroidery is beautiful, and the colors are vivid against the black background. All the seams are sewn well.Definitely a good buy!

1. Material was very stiff and uncomfortable.2. Background color was light blue, but I thought it was white based on the picture.3. Runs small - not true to size.I was very disappointed with this blouse and returned it immediately.

It is cotton and size is ok... XL Of Course it is machine embroidered in China.

Great addition to your outfits. It's a great material and fits well It's easy to care for and doesn't shrinkage washed. It's comfortable .
