NARWAL Robot Vacuum and Mop Specially Formulated Floor Cleaner (Model Freo | Freo X Ultra)

We love this stuff. It cleans well and has a pleasant but very light smell. I am very sensitive to odors and it doesnt bother me, which I was worried about. We regularly get compliments about how clean our floors are with 3 long haired people, a young child, and a dog.

We have been using 60 days now. We mop frequently. It goes a long way and does a good job

This costs more than you think it should, but it lasts a LONG TIME so it's not as bad as it seems. I mop about 600 square feet a day and one bottle lasts me about 5 months. Not bad

The shipping and handling was great, the only thing is I wish narwhal would take out more options for floor cleaners, has to be used with this specific cleaner. Wish it had stronger scents and more options. Doesn’t really smell like anything but some people might like that. Clean okay, the water comes out dirty so it’s doing its job.

I am not satisfied with the fact that this doesn't accommodate my Narwal Freo X Plus, even though I was told by a Narwal representative that it would. I thought that the bottle would have a twist off cap and that I can just pour the solution into the water basin in my Narwal machine, but it turns out the cap doesn't come off. So, I had to puncture a hole within the silicone in the center of the cap and that makes for messy dispensing every time. I am just waiting to finish the product since it was not cheap, but I will not be purchasing it again. It's a shame because the cleaning solution itself works quite well and smells good. Not sure why it would be so difficult for Narwal to design an easy pour bottle for usage with the Narwal X Plus machine (which requires manual dispensing into the basin, unlike the other Narwal machines that have an automatic dispenser).

This is a great product! It cleans with a light fragrance. It helps keep the floors sparkling without a haze! Love this stuff!
