I gave 1star because i love the product. I thought judging description was a box of individual but what i got was an unboxed loose kimchi packets stuffed into an insulated silver pack that was too small that looked like it had been injected with air and came delivered through USPS. “Ice pack” was thawed not even close to chilled and all the individual packages were hot and super watery. I trashed them, contacted the seller twice as Amazon still waiting for reply. What a waste of time and money when i could have bought else where

I spent a year in Korea in the Army and this is authentic Kimchi using Korean Napa cabbage. It’s fermented, spicy and hot, but not too hot, just right. It has just the right amount of garlic. I’m going order more every time I run out of it. There’s 12 packages of it. It has to be refrigerated, but not frozen. I’lI definitely run out of it way before it expires. Good value and not expensive. Delivery was 3 to 5 days before it was supposed to delivered.

The taste is amazing, the package is a little small though.

The shipping was delayed by a lot so some of the packages arrived bloated, no juice was left, the kimchi was dried inside and the smell was not it. I had to dispose of 4 pieces out of ten. On the package it clearly say keep refrigerated. Even if the package had the purpose of keeping the product cold, because of the delay I guess it did not entirely help. Will stick with the canned kimchi for now.

This product requires refrigeration and it was shipped hot. Arrived spoiled and went strait into the trash.don't waste your time or money with this product.It says it right on the package....Keep Refrigerated.

For a person who enjoys eating Kimchi, but does not have it in a local grocery store; this product addresses that problem. Convent and easy to store. Delicious too!

I trusted this product and did have great kimchi. I ordered thinking oh on sale I bought two orders of the kimchi and what I got was unboxed loose kimchi packets in an insulated silver pack they were warm . I open two packets they were so gross couldn’t believe they truly were soggy and tasted moldy.So in my opinion be careful buying because you can not return them. Don’t throw away your hard earned money. I see others consumers had same issue , I’m sorry to all who got taken advantage of.

Received 1 and some of the packets were swollen or bloated. Didn't bother eating those, just tossed it into the trash.
