Good Value
For the price this is a good small drill. I have used it to drill into walls, wood and sheet metal, it does this easily and the batteries have only been charged up once, so not sure how long they last. I only gave 4 stars as I did find the head unscrewed when using it to remove screws which of course used revers action.

Drill doesn't work?
I bought this drill in September, and didn't use it, in order for use in future. I tried to use it today and it didn't work. I am unable to return the drill as it is past 30 days. Some of the parts are also missing.

Good charge on batteries, drill bit are rubbish and already snapped 2 and screw heads already ground down.
