OK so for starters I’ve had this flywheel for over a year and dogged on my engine repeatedly and drove it long distance. I have to say this thing is very extremely durable and very impressive. I would suggest suggesting upgrading to a billet rod though if you’re gonna be putting that much wear on your engine, but the flywheel is insanely awesome very reliable.

ID BUY AGAIN
I actually am going to buy again, cuz I'm doing a new engine for a project. They sent some valve springs so you can upgrade that too while you're there. I'm no pro engine builder but the billet seems a bit excessive unless you're serious about taking a lawn mower engine to the extreme. This one is a third the price. it may not look as cool, once you put the cover on well, aluminum works pretty good, if u go with billet make sure to take pics. With the addition of springs it's a deal. Not to heavy , your covered as far as blowing your flywheel up and possibly getting stranded or worse, and with a CARB, header pipe, new springs it's a very different experience then before, s. The stock enginel, very sad, reliable easy to start but sad, now 😀

212 none hemi predator engine flywheel
Fits perfect on my 212 non hemi predator engine springs are a little to big for my build but will work when I upgrade more. I can always use more upgraded parts.

Quality machining and casting
I haven’t had any experience with the more expensive billet flywheels, but for almost a quarter of the price and being good up to 10,000 rpm I’d say this is a steal of a deal! The magnets are machined with the outside surface of the flywheel so apart from the different color, you could barely tell where they were. There were no cracks that the description mentioned on mine and it definitely looks and feels like a well thought out product. Can’t say there was a performance difference because I immediately replaced the cheap stock cast one but at least I won’t have to worry about it exploding if I rev it past 5,500 rpm. Overall glad I found this option before I bought the billet one.
