Easy and nice

This thing is trash. I gave it 5-stars so that this review would be seen by more customers. It’s trash. The user manual is trash, the meter is trash, the company is trash. Save your money and buy a meter that costs at least $100 or you’re literally just wasting money. Maybe go to your local pool supply store and see if they have one that they also sell the calibration solutions for. This product is complete garbage.

I bought this meter to measure chemical reactions. I found it to be very simple to use, considering it has so many functions! I regularly test oxidizing acids and this stands up to it well, with a good long rinse between batches. All functions seem accurate as they could be. The hold function is great to remember every reading category ! The reason I gave it 4/5 is becomes sometimes it seemed to need a power off and on to function properly, but for this price? Who cares!

So far, it works great. Accurate and quick. I am testing water for espresso machines, and this has been spot on, so far.

I bought this meter to measure primarily TDS and salt. To my surprise there were no testing solution provided to calibrate TDS. After reading the poorly written instructions, I found instrument would not enter calibration mode. I tested water samples out of the box and nothing seemed consistent. Different samples of water tested almost the same. I never got a good feeling of any kind of reliable results. Bottom line it won’t recalibrate as per instructions and they sent no TDS solution packages. Total waste of time.

I got it calibrated and it works great. I have a well and a RO unit. This unit is very accurate reasonable price and it came on time.

Calibration is a pain but, you get what you pay for. If all your looking for is pH and temp, your good.
