The superfeet insoles have been a Godsend. They have really helped the pain and stiffness and I have no more symptoms. Much better than the Dr Scholl's Custom Fit. However, I don't always wear shoes with a back and in summer and in the house one needs flip flops. These have been great for that. Highly recommend. They are very comfortable and supportive and I love them even more than my insoles. Bought them for the whole family. These feel substantial enough to offer maintaining foot and ankle support while not being heavy or to light and flimsy.
