Worth every penny
Not usually one for leaving reviews but I felt I just had to with this product. As a very pale skinned person who doesn't tan but loves to be tanned, I have had a very love hate relationship with false tans. I've tried SO many I lost count but always ended up with a streaky or patchy finish, looking darker on certain areas and not taking to others at all, washing off in patches, that horrid fake tan smell, hard to apply, etc, etc...I gave up for a while and stuck to my old faithful instant tan but its such a ball a c h e having to reapply every day, expecially in summer. But wow...this false tan has literally changed my life! I exfoliated beforehand in the bath but pretty half heartedly, applied a little bit of moisturiser to my elbows, kness and ankles (dry areas) and used the Bondi Sands mitt to apply (amazing mitt as it is waterproof lined so no tan on your palms). The foam has a slight instant tint so you can see where it's going and it dries in instantly so you don't have to keep rubbing at it for ages and no streaks! It smells beautiful as you're applying, coconutty, and it's just so quick and easy.Straight away I felt I had a nice glow and after a few hours a darker colour had developed (as shown in the photo). The notorious false tan smell did develop a bit with the tan but not horribly so.The next morning I showered and the tan stayed fully in place.I am absolutely in love with this Bondi Sands product!Would fully recommend.

How to apply this tan correctly step by step
Have used this Tan in Medium for years. I have just nosed at the reviews and a few people have mentioned things like rashes and it leaving a mess on your bed sheet so I thought I would write this to help some of the people that are a little unsure of fake tan or just beginners of tan in general. follow these steps below and you will have such a pretty/natural look.Go in the shower the day before you are due to tan and only then shave, this gives your skin time to calm down before adding more chemicals on your body. The following day have another shower but this time exfoliate everywhere with a sugar body scrub (make sure you get your knees, knuckles, above your heels/bottom of your legs and elbows) use a form shower gel that is soft on the skin, get out and pat your body till completely dry. Next you want to cover your body from head to toe in moisturiser (make sure you get those same important areas...knees, knuckles, above the heel of your foot/at the bottom of your leg and elbows) wait for moisturiser to naturally dry into your skin and then use a small amount of vaseline on those again areas as stated twice above (get in between your toes and fingers so no orange colour) ones this is all done then move on to the tan...no matter what tan you use it will never look right if you dont use a good bit (I recommend the purple glove with thumb shape one from Primark, cheap and brilliant) apply one layer of tan all over your body and get into every area (I normally use 2 pumps into the pit for each part of my body) wait after done for 30 mins (no clothing) then re apply exactly the same and same amount all over your body again (wait 30 mins to naturally dry and then sleep with loose clothing on which you dont mind getting tan on (this tan washes off straight away in the wash off clothes and bedding so dont worry. Then when you wake up go in the shower one last time and wash it off using only your hands as you only want a slight layer of the tan to lighten not be removed. after out of shower PAT try with a towel and thats it. Photo of me with this medium fake tan on after these steps below. hope this helps

Buy it, it works and gives a natural tan
I’m very pale and lazy when it comes to tanning. This is the best I’ve used. I bought the bondi mitten and use both together. The result is natural. Nobody at work knew it was fake. You don’t need to mess about with moisturisers etc, just have a shower then use long strokes down the arms and legs. When you’ve done that use what’s left on the glove for the ankles and feet, when you’ve done arms chest, use what’s left on the glove to sweep up the neck and onto the face. Job done

Nice scent, easy to apply, no streaks
As a long time user of gradual self tans, this was a bit of a leap for me! The instructions were easy to follow, it have a nice colour and there was no transfer onto other materials.

Brilliant! Ignore any bad reviews!
I’ve not used a self-tan for years because of how bad they used to be on the whole. This tan is fantastic. It’s a lovely light foam that goes on really easily. Use a mitt, that’s why they exist! If you put this on with your hands then off course you’re going to stain your hands. And of course there’s colour transfer while the tan is developing and before you wash it off - that’s a given, just don’t get dressed and sit on something dark until you do. Common sense. Once you’ve washed it off and moisturised it will then continue to develop into a lovely deep tan that lasted nearly a week (and that’s with showering every day). Great stuff! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Best tan for pale skin! Would recommend!
I have used many different self tans over the last 25 years and this is by far the best. I am blonde with freckles and pale skin and most self tanning products just make me look orange especially on my face, hands, elbows and knees. I have been using Dove gradual tan up until now but this is so much better! I'm glad I took a risk on it.It was really easy and quick to put on with the mitt and didn't run or streak when being applied. It dried quickly. It smells ok too. I left it on overnight and this morning I have a lovely light and natural looking tan!It does leave temporary stains on bedlinen which I hope will wash out(!) but if leaving on overnight I would wear a loose fitting long sleeve top and trousers to prevent transfer onto bed linen.
