Awesome machine. Served us well for 3 years before we ended up leaving it with our house sale. The new owners wanted it! Easy to use and fits well in many spaces.

So glad we bought this one! For years we had a top load dispenser. When it was time to replace, I knew I wanted a bottom load. We're not getting any younger and those bottles are hard to lift! I read ALL the reviews on every bottom load sold on Amazon. I finally decided on this one and I'm so glad I did! We've had it a couple months now and couldn't be happier. Cold water is cold, hot water is hot and loading is a breeze! It looks nice and we love the night light and hot water lock features. No fear of littles accidentally getting burned, yet easy enough that our 10 yr old can make his own tea, hot chocolate and Ramen! I'd say it's perfect!

We bought this back in March of 2021 and have LOVED IT for the last 4 years. Within the last week our room temp will not dispense. No trickle no nothing. I unplugged it and let it reset and boom started working again. Until everything was cold and hot again..... We primarily use the cold and room temp water. I'd keep using this unit and just leave it unplugged, but The Hubbs wants a new one. We have truly enjoyed this dispenser immensely.

This water dispenser is good. Easy to set up and use. The Hot water is Hot, the Cold water is Cold, the Cool water is hard to tell from the Cold. So I'm not so sure you would need this feature. The Unit sounds like a refrigerator when chilling the water. Just a little noisy. Doesn't last that long maybe a few minutes. I like the night light feature. Water dispenses fast which is good.

This is a very noce unit. Cold water is cold and hot is hot enough to brew tea. I cant give 5 atars as we have only had it a month and this needs to run for a couple years before it gets a rating for reliability...... I have now had this machine for almost 2 years. The hot water is still hot enough to brew tea and the cold needs no ice. No problems at all from this product. Pretty quiet and reliable.

Tired of constantly buying water filters for your tiny refrigerator pitcher, AND having to clean the pitcher? We were. GET THIS. SO WORTH IT. So easy to use and looks really nice in the kitchen. You do have to purchase the self-refillable 5 gallon jugs once (they are somewhere between $12 and $18 each) at your nearest Primo station, but then each refill after that is like $2. Again, worth it over time. You can also have either room temp, scalding hot, or very cold water whenever you want, AND turn off those functions if you don't use them. There is even a light for nighttime. SO NICE. The ONE thing I am sad about is the amount of space you have to place your mug/cup underneath--I often fill big/awkward things like my coffee pot or a pot for cooking and it is easy to spill because you can't put it in any further, but if you just watch and be careful it's fine. It’s only been 3 years and it is not working anymore. Their warranty is only 1 year: that is their level of confidence on their product. You have been warned.
