Finally found a prescription food that works
We’ve been using this for about 3 months now for our 2 year old cat, who has struggled with urinary crystals for the past year. We’ve tried other options, but this is the only food we’ve found that has made a noticeable difference for him. He also actually likes the food, which makes things so much easier when you’re dealing with a cat who needs to stay on a urinary diet. Another huge plus is the price. This is significantly more affordable for us than some of the other prescription urinary food options we’ve tried. After dealing with recurring urinary issues for the past year, we’re really happy to have found an option that works for him without being quite as expensive. We’ll definitely continue buying it.

My diva loves it
This is the only urinary prescription cat food my goober will touch. He prefers the salmon but he gets what momma buys. It's pricey but no more than other prescription food. My non prescription cats like it as well :)

Mister Sunshine Approved
My cat recently had PU surgery and his vet recommended this food to make sure his chances of another urinary blockage was reduced. Although quite expensive my kitty loves this and we pair it with the hydration pack and the dry prescription kibble as well. a knock on wood my Mister Sunshine hasn’t had any issue at all. He loves the taste and texture of this wet food and keeps coming back for more!!

Definitely worth the money
I would give 5 stars but, I also had 1 damaged can. For the price you pay...this shouldn't be a common problem. My cat has kidney stones and hated the stew kind from prescription diet so I'm happy if my fur baby is happy 😊 also I had to cut it up because my fur baby is doesn't like big chunks

It works
So far so good, my cat had a urinary blockage from struvite crystal a year ago, spent $2K on the emergency vet. He has been eating Purina UR both wet and dry, so far so good. He had his blood work and urinalysis. Everything is looking good!

No more Bladder stones
Pricey but all food for this issue is. Bladder stones havent come back so were happy. Setting up the subscription makes it easy. Also easy to edit if you need more sooner or later than you expected.

Expensive, seems to work, but my Cat was reluctant to eat it
This was initially recommended by my vet, but it is so expensive. My cat was very reluctant to eat it, and picked at it often. For that price, I could not afford to see it go to waste. It seemed to help , but another vet directed me to a non-prescription food by Purina , that is not so expensive, and it seems to be doing the job. My cat likes the taste better also

Saved my cat’s life
I have a little 3y/o male cat that was blocked. Genuinely were prepared to say goodbye because we thought he wasn’t going to make it, despite immediate intervention at the vet. He had about a week-long stay at the vet with a urinary catheter and IV fluids. They fed him this food at the vet, and told us to get this food when he was discharged. He hasn’t had a blockage since. Despite this being expensive for cat food, I will spend any amount of money to keep my little guy safe and alive. For prescription cat food, I do believe this is good value for keeping Macaroni safe and alive.
