It is very handy and easy to use. Print quality is good.Normal paper can also be used for printing.

Printer ribbon not available for additional purchase. Poor after sale service.
After sale service is poor than expected. Secondly, the original fitted ribbon got malfunctioned after 3 days of use, while tried to contact customer service, found that ribbon not available for additional purchase. Its waste of money. I wouldnt recommed to buy product.

Not worth buying... Print quality not as good as laser printer... Ribbon also finish quickly...
