Q: What is the weight limit on these hinges? Looking to make a sofa bed 72'Lx54'W, and weight limit ~330lbs.

I made mine 80" long and it supports my 340 pounds so you should be fine.

No, the wall mounting brackets are not included with the folding hinge set for this product. We offer a complete hardware kit 3057-DIY which includes the folding hinges, wall mount brackets and also folding legs. If you need any specific hardware part individually, we do offer them for sale through our own website, but not through Amazon. - Devin, RB Components.

Q: Does this fold flat up against the mounting wall?

This hinge set is for a roll-over sofa sleeper. If you are making your own custom sized sofa sleeper, you will need to have the seat from/cushion hinge at the rear corners to allow the sleeper to fold up flat against the wall. This hinge set is only for sofa to sleeper transformation.

Q: Can you buy the cushions only? Our Toy Hauler was flooded and we are replacing the cushions only.

Technically, there are no separate "cushions" on these units. The foam padding is glued to the welded steel frame structure inside. Only the covers are replaceable. "Seat Frame Complete" and "Backrest Complete" are technically available, but they are special order and would cost as much as a complete replacement sofa assembly.
