Gummies have a pleasant taste to them. They are easy to take. I did not have any adverse side effects. Not sure I would take them again. The price is average.

I bought this product in Nov 2024, but only started to use it last week (they have been stored in a kitchen cabinet since I received them). The capsules have a rancid taste. As their expiry date is December 2025, I presume that they were stored somewhere in the sunshine/heat. My bad for not trying them sooner, because now I have exceeded the return date.
