Absolutely fantastic product. Well designed, solid, comfortable, almost ready to use straight out of the box. Have being using crutches for the last few months, and they are hard work especially over long distances. This scooter requires much less effort, allows travel over longer distances and with reduced chance of falling. Travels easily over gravel, grass and bumpy tarmac. Folds down easily to fit into the back of a car. I would recommend this to anyone with foot, ankle or leg problems

Excellent quality and much more stable than the knee walker with hard 8” wheels. I live in MN and the small knee walker I had is horrible in winter conditions. It was almost unusable in parking lots or anywhere they had put down rock salt. Everything you hit would make the wheels veer off in another direction. This knee walker with the larger air filled soft wheels is a game changer for mobility. The tires did need to be aired up when I got it but assembly was very easy. I use the small knee walker in the house and this one for when I go out. The knee pad on this is also really nice and thick.

I underestimated how hard it is to not put a foot on the ground for 4-6 weeks! This scooter has made some of the everyday things that I need to do much easier. I want to give this knee scooter 5 stars because I do believe that it is better than average. The big air-inflated tires make it feel safe when rolling over uneven terrain, and the hand brakes work really well. I use the brake locking mechanism a lot. If I need to be up in the kitchen, etc., you can lock the brake and have a sturdy “leaning post” under you while you cook, etc. Having the brakes locked also keep the scooter from moving away from you when you are getting out of a chair, etc. My reason for 4 stars instead of five: The seat is extremely hard and is uncomfortable on your leg when you have your full weight on it for more than a few minutes. I would not be able to use the scooter without the extra memory foam pad that I bought for it. I also wish that the seat would go lower. I am 5’6” and with the seat in the lowest setting, my “pushing foot” is on its tip-toes to reach the floor if I want to stand straight up. To push the scooter with a flat foot, I end up having to lean in a position that puts some pressure on my hip, and by the end of the day, my lower back is sore if I have had to be up and around a lot. The last reason is minor but the bag on the front of the scooter is cheap, at best. It won’t open wide enough to put my small purse in. I ended up taking it off and getting a basket for the front.

This product is certainly more comfortable than crutches (I broke my ankle in two places). However, it’s SUPER TALL. Even when the pad is on the lowest setting I need to walk on my tippy toes on my good foot - and I am not short (I’m 5’8”). I would warn short people to measure carefully before purchasing. The device itself is good but a little cumbersome. However, I give 4 stars for sturdiness and maneuverability because each day it’s a little better for me. I expect it just takes practice. Also, be sure you have a tire pump to inflate the wheel (something I did not think about when I ordered it, but it could not be used without the tires being inflated first). Finally, (and this was my own misunderstanding, no fault of the seller) you cannot sit on this scooter and move. You can sit on the seat and rest for a moment, but it really is not built for sitting and scooting. You need to look at the more expensive models if you want to sit and scoot.

My husband broke his ankle in December 2025. He had to have surgery and no weight bearing for 10 weeks. This knee scooter walker has given him some independence back while we wait for his hard cast to be removed. Highly recommend, but please note you will want to put air in the tires which will provide a better experience and help the scooter go through gravel and over uneven surfaces better. Quality product, adjustable fit and fairly easy to use. Weight rating is accurate plus 10 lbs (air in tires helped).
