C1M-S261B Carburetor fit for SH56 SH56C SH86 SH86C BG86 BG86CE BG86Z BG86CEZ Blower 4241 120 0616 with Primer Bulb Fuel Filter Spark Plug

Purchased to replace carb on Stihl SH86-C leaf blower. The idle adjustment screw on the new carb had obviously been taken off of an old blower and put on the "new" carb. There were other minor signs that the one I had been sent had been a return (scratches and tool marks).I wanted to replace the carb on my blower because it was not idling well and would not run at high speed. Although it looked as though the carb I ordered here had been a return, I tried it out anyhow. The primer bulb would not hold a prime regularly and when it did, the machine would not run, period, even after adjustments and inspection of fuel lines to make sure there were no leaks. After swapping back out and putting the old carb on, I confirmed that the machine ran and there were no fuel supply issues, repackaged the "new" carb and sent it back for a return. There may be other issues with my machine, but this carburetor is clearly defective.

My SH 86C was hard starting and ran poorly since I bought it used. I adjusted the carb along with a tune up with no success. This Buckbock carb was inexpensive, easy to install and the engine fired up and ran great on the fourth pull. It now runs like new, I wish I wouldn't have waited so long.

This carb is just what was needed for the STIHL SH56 blower. Only one difference from the original was an air vent coming from Primer Bulb mount that had to be fit properly to the air cleaner. Lucked out seven or so primer bulb pushes, some choke, pulled couple of times and ran. Filled tank and started right back up, blew leaves for an hour. Hope next week it works the same.

This carb will clear up your Stihl blower issues. Almost as inexpensive as buying a spark plug.! And a new spark plug is included in the box. I bought three and have fixed 2 of mine 1 for my son-in-law.! You may have to drill a hole in the air filter plastic base for the fresh air inlet tube on the new carb. I had to do this only on my s-n-laws but not my two. The base already had molded-in a spot clearly marked to drill. The provided flat air filter will probably not fit some models. Cheap fix to those starting and running issues. Get it.!!

Bought it for my Stihl SH56C blower. Had to swap the top half of the original carb to the new one, because the new one had too many ports on it. No big deal though, it's 4 screws. It fired right up, and was almost perfectly tuned out of the box. The only thing I would have liked to have in this kit, is some new fuel line. Otherwise, this is an excellent kit, good quality, and great value.

Was incompatible with my stihl BG-86.

This replaced a the damaged original carb on near-new machine. Not impressed with the replacement carb. can not effectively tune the carb adjustment for smooth running. I may have to try another carb.

Item worked great for repairing 86BG Stihl blower. The air filter however doesn't fit. Otherwise it would have been a 5star.
