i tend to snack on protein bars a lot as my inbetween meal go-to and buying a box usually costs around £20 so this assortment is not too bad value for money wise once you factor in the price bump for the giftable presentation.in the box is a very decent range of items from respectable and known brands. there's a little bit of everything in here and it's a great way to try a lot of different bits if you're not sure what brands or products you might like.i would be very grateful to receive one of these as a gift and would likewise happily consider giving this to a friend who likes to workout as a gift.i think this hits the perfect sweet spot for contents, pricing and quality. strong recommendation from me.
