works as expected
Pretty good for what it is. The plastic is hard so it's not bendable, but it is durable. Dropping it seems to be fine and the controls are simple and easy to understand/ use.

Awkward position
This portable knee massager is rigid plastic with soft inner workings. It is shaped to fit your knee at a 90° angle. Unfortunately, one tends to elevate their legs when they are experiencing knee pain. This makes it awkward to position even with a pillow underneath.The touch panel is easy to figure out with variable temperature, and vibration. The vibrational massage was not very therapeutic, but the heat and light therapy was nice. It has an auto turn off at 10 minutes.This is good in theory, but falls short if an item I could recommend.
