I’d been biting my nails since I was a kid. My doctor told me about this supplement and said it might stop the habit. Well, it worked! It also calmed down some of my anxiety spiraling. I think there are some other general health benefits. I would recommend.

I used up the bottle but haven’t bought more. I’m not sure I should use it with all the meds I’m on. I DO trust the manufacturer and pharmacy for purity.

NAC is expensive but this is a very cost efficient product that I’ve been taking for 2 years now and I’ve saved so much money!!!

I'm chemically sensitive so i thought I'd try these to detox. Took 1/2 a capsule and felt great so i took the other 1/2. Didn't feel so great then. Waited a week or so and took 1/4 a capsule. Still a bad reaction.Gave them to my son who had pnemonia and fluid around his lungs. 1 a day stopped his coughing and made him feel so much better. Some people will be able to take them and some won't.

It really works on congestion. I can breathe and my bronchitis/asthma is much better since I started taking this. Just swallow with water. Easy, no side effectsI’m buying it again
