I love the reverse use as not just a clamp but a spreader, the times in my life that would have been useful are too many to count. I even cut the stops off my old all metal ones so I can slip them off and turn them around to use the same way, yes I stole their idea.I got the 36” ones, only complaint, and just like my metal ones do the same, the metal bar bows a lot, but at least they don’t pop off like the all metal ones I have do once you crank them down enough for the bar to bow.All in all, I’m completely happy with these, I’ll be phasing out my old screw to tighten metal ones with these exact ones in varying sizes.
