Can’t even use it , won’t connect to the app

This would have been 3.5 stars but 4 works Still debating on returning it. It’s a great size. Fairly easy to figure out at least from box opening to a stitching a project of my own. They are definitely off to a great start. The biggest issue is the app that’s required to use it. I honestly couldn’t do a project until I chose to upgrade to paid. It suddenly became easier to navigate and start something. That being said. I’m a horrible crafter and can’t see which could also have had something to do with my experience getting started. Next the hoops don’t go bigger than 4”x4” and have absolutely no markers for lining things up. They have a camera/placement tool but it doesn’t do much more than let you know you’d like access to a bigger hoop AND line up markers of some sort. It is a fun little’ish machine that’s first gen so who knows what’s next. Maybe big Brother is listening.
