Everything has worked really well, and it’s clear the scooter is well-built and fun to use.When we noticed the headlight wasn’t working, we reached out to the company. They responded immediately with multiple helpful videos and clear instructions to resolve the issue. Their support team was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful.Overall, we’re very happy with both the product and the company’s customer service. We’ll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!

My 8-year-old loves this scooter! He got the hang of it quickly, and it is the perfect speed for him. When his two cousins come over, they all want to ride it. We experienced an electrical problem with it, and the manufacturer has stayed with us to troubleshoot the problem, and ultimately replaced it for us. Excellent scooter, excellent manufacturer customer service.

I initially loved this electric scooter – it was smooth, reliable, and fun to ride for my son for the first four weeks. The performance, build quality, and overall design exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, after a month of solid performance, the scooter suddenly stopped working due to battery or wiring issues.On the plus side, the company’s customer service has been exceptional. I reached out, and they quickly arranged for a replacement under warranty. Although the battery/wiring issue is disappointing, the prompt response and willingness to stand behind their product give me confidence that future units will be much improved.Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic about the brand. If you're looking for a stylish and efficient scooter, it's worth considering—just be aware that you might encounter some battery hiccups.

I ordered this product twice, the first time as a “Santa present”, and the 2nd time as a replacement for the Santa present.So we got the first one and it was great, came charged and my son loved it, worked fantastic, for the first day, then we could not get the charger to work. It tried a few other chargers that fit, but the scooter itself will not charge. I spent ages trying to contact and return this to Amazon but I live in another country and it was costing twice the amount I paid for the item, to ship it back to them, which they could not seem to understand. They refuse to ship a replacement or give a credit until they receive the item which quite frankly was almost impossible for me to do from here.I finally gave up and bought a whole new one for my 6 year old since he was very disappointed that Santa could not fix it.So the 2nd one came and worked well. I charged it a few times and he loved it and guess what, 6 months later and it’s no longer charging!!!I first thought I got a bad item, but now that both seem to have the same issue, I can confidently say do not buy this item!I am now out of pocket 2 scooters, and neither one of them is working and I still have a sad 6 year old who can not understand why Santa gave him a defective scooter!!!!Do not buy!!!!

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. It was shipped on time and nicely packaged and the scooter itself felt nice and sturdy like it has good material. My daughter likes the LED lights and they look nice at night. The scooter goes 10mph like it says so it's nice for cruising around the park or around the block. I would recommend for 11 year old or younger or as a beginners scooter. I did have a few issues with it like the bike light not working properly and the switch to make it go go getting stuck but customer support reached out and are rectifying the situation which I greatly appreciate. I'm a satisfied customer.

We purchased this scooter as a gift for our son's 8th birthday. After a few times using it, the rear fender's spring came undone. We contacted customer service and they responded very quick to resolve our issue, sending us a replacement piece. Soon after that, we were receiving an error code. Again, contacting customer service, they were very responsive and sent us detailed videos on how to resolve the issue. We would have gave 5 stars if it weren't for the inconvenience, but things happen. Just glad they were addressed and we now have a fully functioning scooter!

The media could not be loaded. Got this for my grandson and assembled it in just a few minute - it is super easy to do with only 3 steps with included tools. Very high quality heavy duty materials and attention to detail such as thread locking compound on the bolts. Has a headlight and reflectors on it for safety as well as glowing LED lights. They can’t be turned off however. The handle bar is easily height adjustable and has nice grips. The coolest thing is the power control on the handle bar that allows various speed settings and is a speedometer. The accelerator and one of the brakes are mounted here as well and have a nice positive engagement. There also is a foot operated brake on the rear wheel.The non-slip covering on the main body is thick and has heavy texture. This is important for starting off on it, as you have to give a kick to get it going before the power comes in. The wheels have actual rubber tires on them rather than just hard plastic. I tested it out on a hardwood floor and they provide great grip and did not scuff the floor. I did a short run and amazingly it easily carried me and I weigh 210 lbs. This has amazing power and I am sure it will be great for a lighter child. With the adjustable speed settings it also affords them a way to gradually build up confidence with it. One last feature I really appreciate is that it breaks down easily and fits into the shipping box which is like a suitcase with a handle. I can store it neatly away until my grandson visits and not trip over it!I am very impressed with this scooter and it is an amazing value! Highly recommended!
