Tall White 6 Drawer Dresser, Wood Vertical Chest of Drawers for Bedroom, 55" H Modern Lingerie Dressers for Closet, Living Room, Hallway and Home Office

I was looking for an affordable but sturdy dresser because I have a particularly destructive daughter. My gold standard is IKEA, which often has extremely durable units (although not everythign they sell is equally durable). I went with this dresser here because it looked to be comparable to IKEA but $100 less expensive.I would say that while this unit is indeed more durable than the average inexpensive dresser, it does still fall short of IKEA. I believe that it is built of strong fiberboards with some plywood and wood. Manufacturers avoid pure wood not only because it is expensive but it is also not always the strongest. However, fiberboard is also much heavier than wood. To lessen the weight, the dresser's sides are not solid and flat but grooved. Also, the drawer runners are typical cheap ones rather than the more durable kind that is sometimes used for example in cabinetry.The bottom line, however, is that this is a pretty good dresser and it will suit most people's needs quite well. It provides ample drawer space and a good look that is mostly modern but with a hint of tradition. It might not stand up against the wrath of my daughter. We shall see. But it will most likely be able to withstand most kids just fine. If you're looking for a good dresser, this might not be the cheapest on the market, but you will get your money's worth from it.

Pretty Good looking chest of drawers and good quality for the price! Ha! A bit of a wobble, once I built - but that’s probably on my part :/ since I assembled solo.

Size:It’s so huge & definitely fits a lott of clothes. It’s very beautiful. The only bad thing is that is a kid climbs up it, the whole thing is falling down with the kid. In the package, they have stuff to screw it to the wall but they should have added some heavy duty/stable way to keep it to the wall. Ease of assembly:Im a Capricorn sun & had no problems following the directions. I went slow & it took me 1 full day to finish it.

Great looking and solid. Many parts to assemble but worth it. I had someone do it for us. I also purchased a second one.

Perfect size for my needs. Ease enough to assemble and looks very good. Its been a few months and it is holding up very well.

Fairly easy to assemble. It's sturdy. We liked it because it was tall. The drawers are smaller than I expected but are still workable. I can't see this lasting for decades or anything. It has a nice modern farmhouse look.

The dresser itself is fine once fully assembled. The drawers are a little shallow but it looks great and seems very sturdy. My complaint with this dresser is the assembly process. It took me over 3.5 hours to put this together, and resulted in several screwdriver blisters. Just a heads up if you do not purchase a dresser that is already put together.

hey all purchased this just a week ago and already have to go to the hardware store to buy new screws because the ones they supply are too small. these are the E screws if the supplier pays any attention. i’d recommend against this purchase for this lack of attention as well as the drawers themselves being ill fitting with large gaps easy to see. i think the quality of this product has gone down over time.
