Very soft material , pockets are deep and fit the drainage balls perfectly !! I would buy a size bigger as it is semi-fitted so if you like things looser then I would go one size up. I would recommend this!!

I wanted to order the pink/salmon color because it looked so cheerful, but they were out so I ended up getting the navy one. The material is rich soft cotton. It has pockets in the inside (for drains) and in the outside (for cell phone or anything else). I use this a lot to go outside after my mastectomy with reconstruction. My surgeon will not let me wear bras for the first few weeks after surgery and this hoodie is loose enough so I am comfortable being braless and wearing 3 drains in the pockets. I normally wear small or medium and ordered medium, which is great because it is loose and also long enough to cover all the drains. Highly recommended post-surgery because it is comfortable and has good quality.

The hoodie was soft and cozy, and the interior pockets made it so easy to manage the drainage bulbs. The zipper made it easy to put on and take off. This was so helpful, and I even slept in it; I ended up ordering a second one for my 2 week recovery so I could wash and still have one. I really liked the first one I received which was 100% cotton, it was more soft than the second which was 80% cotton/20% something else, but the second one was also comfortable on my very raw skin.

I bought this Hoodie for my mother who was having a mastectomy. It was the best purchase! When she was discharged she wouldn't have had anywhere to put the 2 drains because the hospital doesn't provide anything! You could buy a lanyard but who wants the drains hanging around your neck for the world to see? The Hoodie is very soft and comfortable with 2 inside pockets on each side to hold the drains it will hold a total of 4 drains. It also has velcro on each inside pocket to hold the tubing to drains.This Hoodie is a necessity in my opinion. I bought a small, my mom is 5'4 and 105lbs and it fit perfect. It was loose enough in the chest and abdomen area to accommodate bandages, drainage tubes while not looking oversized. I highly recommend buying at least one if not a few!

I expected to love this product since I’m a real hoodie person who gets cold easily. But the reality was that, with the bulk of the dressings and post-surgical vest, I really didn’t need a jacket very often. The drain pockets are well-positioned and the hoodie itself is comfortable, but if I’d known how little I’d use this, I think I would have just bought another shirt from the same company instead

Bought this to have after my DMX. Honestly I never used it with the drains cuz you’d have to have nothing on but the jacket. I always had a mastectomy shirt on. The jacket is thin & lightweight which I liked, I wore it to all my appts after surgery. It fits loose & bigger

So convenient for after mastectomy with drains. Soft and comfortable. Wore after drains were out too. A little expensive though

If you going strictly on convenience, this product is amazing. This is the fourth time I have had to manage drains. I have tried everything. After my reconstruction, the belts pushed on my scar. The pockets are deep enough to hold two drains on each side and not have to wear the uncomfortable clips that hit you in the scars. I fully recommend this product for anyone! Best mastectomy product I have tried by far. Whoever designed this product, had input from someone that had to wear these awful drains!!

I purchased this sweater for my mom ahead of her double mastectomy surgery. My mom didn’t initially think she would need the sweater - the surgery staff had placed the surgical drain bottles in inner pockets of a compression camisole. However, she quickly found that to be uncomfortable and cumbersome. So, the following day, we moved the bottles to the inner pockets of this hoodie sweater.My mom has been wearing this sweater non-stop for 48 hours and has repeatedly said how much she appreciates it. There are 4 pockets, which is perfect for the 4 bottles she has right now.I may need to order another sweater so she can have another one while this one is in the wash.UPDATED TO ADD: I washed the sweater when it arrived and it held up perfectly in the washer and dryer. It is a lightweight hoodie, and my mom is pleased with the quality.

Love this hoodie little jacket! its so comfy, short sleeve for the warm weather, its perfect!
