I have my 3rd generation ring camera mounted on a tree where I can monitor my entire backyard and the rear doors of my home. Upon receiving the camera, I had misgivings about the long-term effects the weather would have on the plastic exterior of the camera. Nobody else complained about this concern but I still wasn't happy leaving the camera out in the elements 24/7.Then I discovered this silicon cover on Amazon for under twenty bucks....Looks are truly deceiving. In a casual glance, it looks like I have a small bird house mounted in my tree.The cover slipped over the camera easily and was also very easy to tug into alignment with the lens.Overall - it fits like a glove. (Looks kinda cute too.) It doesn't hinder replacing the battery - I checked.Now have peace-of-mind as winter approaches that I added an extra layer of weatherproofing to protect my investment. If it lasts only a year - it's cheap enough to replace with another new one.

These were a perfect cover for the two Ring cameras we put outside to watch the deer and other animals in our back yard. They keep them cleaner and when it rains it does seem to provide additional protection for the cameras and keeps them much cleaner.

I bought one and put it on one camera. LOVE the look and was going to buy more because I have multiple cameras set up. DOG GONE....BE AWARE.....I Live in a rainy area and the only camera that the rain seems to collect on the edge of the lens and blur the video is the one with the rubber covering. None of the others are affected as the rain rolls off the lens. But the rubber cover was collecting droplets of rain on an edge. I bought them because they're cute, they fit perfectly, and probably great protection from rain. But I don't like the droplets collecting in the corner and blurring part of the video.

These little covers are perfect! The fit is snug without being in any way difficult to install. The design blends well into a garden area. Definitely recommend.

Ordered these for new ring stick up 3rd generation cameras. Fits like a glove and has 2 holes in back for the screw mount and solar charger. Very nice.

Great additional investment for our outside RING. Living where it rains and snows often, best investment to protect our RING and maximize it's function!

This is a wonderful silicone Ring-cam disguise. This was easy to install and looks like a small bird house. Love it!

It doesn’t really protect the cámara that well but works fine. If you’re looking for protection only this is it. Now if you’re looking for something that protects it from the rain I recommend you looking for other options. After all, it’s a great material.
