Great string shooter, lousy strings!LOOPLASSO...Well made shooter but the "stock" strings are too thin causing the bottom "takeup" strand to LUFF (think of sailing) which makes for a jumpy run. I bought strings from Luma (ZipString) which are thicker and presto smooth shooting, no luffing which makes for better tricks.I don't know how good the luma zip string is by comparison to this loop lasso, but their strings are best for the LoopLasso.

Great for tweens, fun for smaller kids with a bit of self control. Imagine silly string with out the mess and after awhile they learn to make the string do tricks. Doesn't actually "glow" there's a light that illuminates the string.

The quality Feels nice. I like the size and how it functions. Color looks great too BUT sometimes it doesn't stop when it tangle which mean the motor is still spinning WHILE the string is still in between the motor. Which can wear out the rubber on the wheels. How do I know this? Well because I see black mark on the rope. Overall It fun for kids. But you gotta know how to use it so it can last.

It's been a hit every time I've gotten out my new toy, kids and adults alike enjoy it. Truthfully I can't figure out what the internal black light is for but the external one is super trippy in the dark.I got frustrated at first because it was just tangle city. Luckily, the unit has a feature that stops rhe motor so you don't get really awful tangles and they pop out pretty easily. I have found with kids, to have my spare string in my pocket. If they get a tangle, I can swap it out so they play while I work on the tangle.Watching the video from the owner, he says you've got 2 strings very close to each other moving in opposite directions at 40mph. Makes sense why it tangles.I find it's easier to keep the device 45 degrees above the horizon but no higher, and holding the device parallel to the ground. I get a lot of fun interactions with the "bottom" string in this configuration. The top string is a bit tricky and jumps around unexpectedly when it touches stuff. You can put your finger in the path of the top string about a foot away and make it "pool" around where you point but this can be tangle city if I'm not careful. Using the shorter string was easier first but I like both lengths now. Charges super fast also

Launcher works good - the design is real sound ... BUT 1.) the strings are NOT glow in the dark, they are marginally fluorescent (glow only under black light). Have a KU String launcher (no longer on Amazon??) was 1/3 price string glows brightly even outside blacklight and works pretty much as well.So it does work well and the design allows the string to flip to either side of the handle which IS a pretty big plus, but overall NOT worth the $40 they're charging, much cheaper ones work pretty much the same and in some ways (glow string) are really much better, for almost 1/3 the price - don't get taken look for a less pricey unit.
