I needed a comfortable chair for my home office and I couldn’t have chosen a better chair! I’ve had this for a week now and I’m so happy I bought this. This chair is not only very comfortable but also it looks great with the rest of the room and it was extremely easy to assemble. The quality is great, the neck / back pillows make it even more comfortable and the adjustable back angle function makes it perfect for long working hours. It also comes with an extendible footrest which in my opinion is not extremely strong so you might want to consider not using it for too long. Apart from that it’s a great chair, I highly recommend it and I would definitely buy it again!

WE GOT IN TOUCH WITH the SELLER, THEY WERE UNHELPFUL WHEN we complained that the chair was creaking and the foam used in the seat was flat after only a couple of weeks of use .We bought the chair for my dad who is 82 not over weight but who had an accident years ago that means he has to sit on a high chair, so a desk chair that can be height adjusted is perfect for him.The seller just said send it back at our own cost not telling us how because when we priced it up it THERE WAS NO POINT in sending back as the cost of postage was between £20-40 depending on who you send it with, and we also had thrown away the box THE COMPANY WERE RUBBISH AND UNHELPFUL DO NOT USE

Assembly was straight forward, expect when it came to the arms, the bolts and nuts (in the seat) just did not catch, it took a very long time and a lot of pushing and wobbling to get them to catch, the bolts ended up becoming a bit shredded, so the arms, are not as secure as I would want.After a few weeks of use, the foam in the seat is not as comfortable, and I have ended up using extra cushions to sit on. I am pretty average weight, so this is a little concerning in the long run, and for people who may be heavier than 80Kg. THe rest of the chair is very comfy, especially the head and neck rest

UPDATE: I had to get rid of this a few months ago and the padding disappeared, the chair started sinking and generally falling apart. Shame as it started well but it just doesn't last.This arrived at 8.40 in the morning and was so easy to set up I had it ready for me to start work at 9. The chair is comfortable, supportive and the material is great, much better than the faux leather ones which get way too hot for me. The inbuilt footrest is a great space saving solution, i have a very small space to work with but wanted a proper chair, having this built in means I dont have to worry about storing another item when not in use as it folds away easily. The only thing I would prefer is if the lumbar support came with a strap to keep it in place as I do need to keep repositioning it when I move around but not a big issue.

I'm 73 so my daughter put this together for me but I reckon I could have done it. It took her maybe 10 minutes. There are only 6 bolts, 2 on each arm and 2 to hold the top of the chair to the bottom. The sliding footrest was already in position, the wheels just pushed into place and everything slotted together nicely. There was only 1 little hiccup when one of the bolts on the arm didn't seem to go right in, but this was soon remedied by loosening the other bold and jiggling it a bit. It feels like memory foam padding, very comfortable, I've no need of my little cushion in the small of my back now because there's a lumbar support and the neck rest, when I feel like lying back on it, is very comfortable. My ankles used to get heavy and swell after sitting at my computer but I now have a little footrest to elevate them and I look forward to trying this out. So far, I'm very pleased with this chair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

After only a few months of use the foam is flat and the chair is creaking and unstable. Now very uncomfortable, much cheaper alternatives out there. Would not buy again.

This chair is great. Like many others I have set up a home office and spent a long time choosing a chair. The neck support is great and I sit in the chair for 8 hours and find it very comfy. The foot rest is a nice addition allowing alternative sitting positions. I was unsure when I saw the arms were plastic but they do not detract from the comfort and are easy to clean. My only criticism is that the arm rests can't be adjusted but that is only downside of this chair. It looks very smart and appears high quality.

The box was already broken when recived. The quality of the product is very cheap. The plastic and the foam used is of very cheap quality. I got the defective product out of the box. Looks like cheap chinese import.
