Easy to use, brings relief
I tend to cramp in my hands and wrists during a day of typing during work. This heating pad is comfortable to have on and soothes my cramps away. Definitely recommend to anyone who also has these issues.

sticro Wrist & Thumb Heating Pad
I have arthritis in my left wrist and sometimes in my thumb, and I needed something to help when it gets bad. This is a perfect accessory to help! The pad covers my wrist and thumb, and hold them snuggly while heat is distributed throughout. I set the heat to high and timer for 10 minutes, and that's all it takes to loosen me up for a bit.The only negative I have is more of a suggestion. It would be nice to have an onboard battery, so users aren't tethered to an electrical outlet. I could probably use a portable battery pack, but I don't want to have to purchase a separate part. Anyway, I knew it was exteranlly powered, so I'm not bothered by it.If you have wrist, thumb, or hand pain, this is a great accessory to have...on-hand *buh-dum tsss

Comfortable and supportive for sore wrists
I got this for my partner who has a very computer-heavy repetitive job and has been experiencing wrist and joint pain, particularly at the hand-wrist intersection and sometimes spreading to his thumb. We've tried other solutions like elevating his computer but things haven't worked and the pain seems to come back. This glove is comfortable and easy to wear, and the heating element provides a lot of relief for repetitive strain -- though he isn't cured, my partner has reported a lot less pain overall and is able to do more things he couldn't do as much, like exercise, after using it for a few weeks. It does seem like the glove was designed for the left hand as the heating element for the wrist underside feels stronger on the left hand (and we're right handed) but it still provides relief, heats up fast (within 30 seconds), and the heat is strong. The high heat is VERY high and low-medium is great for use all day.Not 5 stars because of the possible design for left hand but also because of the plug-in aspect. I think it's just a design flaw that makes it hard to use as it has to be plugged in and this limits freedom of movement when wearing it and this would be better if it was rechargeable or battery operated. Even so, it's still pretty great and I'm glad we bought it -- I've definitely stolen it from him a few times.

Very good for sore joints.
Reviewing sticro Wrist & Thumb Heating Pad, I fell hard a few years ago and used my hand to break my fall. Because of that, I have occasional pain in my thumb joint. Since I work on the computer all day, it gets inflamed and irritated frequently. I have a hand compressor/heat machine that I use occasionally, but I can’t do anything with my hand while I’m using it because it’s a stationary machine, and it doesn’t heat up enough to help soothe my hand on the bad days.I saw this and thought it would be perfect to use while I’m working when my thumb starts bothering me. I used the size chart to pick a size. My wrist is exactly 6.5” (not the narrowest part at the base of my hand, but just below that at the slightly wider part. I ordered the S/M & it fits well. Maybe a little big, but not too bad.It comes with a power adapter and needs plugged in to work. It would be better if it were rechargeable, but then you’d have to carry around a battery pack, which wouldn’t be too comfortable. You can control the heat level (Hi, Medium, Low) so it can be set to whatever temp is most comfortable for you (Hi is very hot) and it has a built-in timer, so you don’t have to keep track of how long you’ve been wearing it. It’s easy to put on also, which is a bonus.

A Corded Wrist Heating Pad That Gets VERY Hot
If you suffer from carpal tunnel, you probably have tried quite a few wrist braces and heating pads to help ease the pain. This sticro heated brace combines both support and heat to help calm down your screaming nerve pain. The brace is made very well and is comfortable to wear. It is a corded device so it will need to be plugged into the wall, but this is what gives it a high intense heat. I put the brace on and immediately turned it up to "high" and in three minutes I needed to reduce the heat to "medium" and then in another three minutes I needed to turn the heat down to "low." I do believe that the highest setting is much too hot for me, but we are all different, so it may be just right for you. The brace has an automatic timer and can be set to 15, 30, 45, 60, and 90 minute sessions. I made it through a 15 minute session with the heat on "low" for the last nine minutes. Overall, this is an impressive heated brace.

Feels good!
As someone who spends long hours working and gaming on my PC, I often struggle with wrist pain that is associated with carpal tunnel syndrome. This heated wrist cuff really helps quite a bit with the pain! The design of the cuff is practical. It wraps comfortably around the wrist and hand. The snug fit ensures that the heat is distributed evenly. The adjustable straps are great so that you can adjust it to your size perfectly. The heat is good. I like that there are different levels, especially right now in the winter where my hands tend to get a lot colder than they probably should. Also, the fact that it has a timer is great because otherwise, I would probably just burn my hand and wrist all day long! :) If you're someone who deals with carpal tunnel discomfort, or you have cold hands, I do quite recommend this item!
