Mediocre build quality according to the price but working as expected & protecting walls of my home from greasy & oily layer of oil. Noise level is low as compared to the duct.

Quality of the filter feels a bit cheap (compared to the ones we get from other sources) but it is what is advertised

Best ever solution, thus no need of a duct pipe.. It's compatible with my" FABER MERCURY PRO" Chimney, no odor, no oily stains in the kitchen a must have product.....

With Indian cooking twice a day, This filter lasts for 6 months. It's too expensive to replace every 6 months. There should be a way to replace the active charcoal and mesh, and wash the plastic and metal parts. Plz introduce a model to return the old filter every 6 months and send a new filter for a reasonable price. We are creating a lot of plastic waste otherwise.

Remove the defective piece.

I am using Whirlpool Kitchen Chimney Classic CF 60 BK HOOD. I am staying in a rented house with no provision for kitchen chimney ducting. This product was a life saver and this is working fine. It filters out all oily fumes and exhales clean air. However, kitchen exhaust fan is recommended to get the heat out of kitchen.

Damage product. They said we replace the product. But no one can came to replace this. And themselves they did we replace this product. Even I didn't get a call from them. And they closed this by them end. Third class product and service. Never recommended..
