Solid Samsung drive
4Tb of storage, reliable so far.Soft touch outer casing. Not quite sure how the metal 'carry' handle could be useful, bit big to be put on a key ring.

Great Product and very reliable
We bought a few of these T5 Evo's for the massive 4tb size.Having jobs all around it helps us keep organised with files and deliverables as well as keeping consistent backup of source files while on the go.Whilst it's not as fast as a Samsung T7 it's still very reliable and good enough considering price/tb

It just wouldn't work!
It arrived promptly, I plugged it in, I dowloaded the software, the relevant Icon appeared on my desktop, It appeared as "a location" in my computer Finder - but it then insisted that "There is no T5 EVO attached to this computer". It could not be persuaded otherwise despite all the usual remedies to such things. Si I had to send it back and got a Samsung Extreme SSD instead.

Fine at the start then problems.
As soon as the device arrived I plugged it in and starting writing a big chunk of data to it to use up most of the 4 TB of space. All went well for the first 18 hours (yes, 4 TB can take a long time to write to a drive). After 18 hours the write speed slowed right down to a crawl and when I checked I saw that I was getting a lot of write errors. I rebooted and started again but was getting write errors from the start.Maybe I was unlucky and other devices of this type are OK but I had to return mine. I have used Samsung SSDs before and they've been fine. The refund was processed without any fuss and Amazon were great with the customer service.

Rubbish if you plan to use the capacity you pay for. Avoid.
Rubbish. After 70% full they drop to under 50mb/s. Avoid if you plan to use all of the capacity
