Struggling a bit with set up but very powerful , continuing to work on set up to ha be e better control of turns and stops

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We purchased this during Amazon’s deal days in October as a Christmas gift for our son. He loved it! Setting it up was easy. It stopped working after 4 days. The wheel would seize and the battery would get VERY hot! So much so that we had to disconnect the battery to get it to cool down. Tried contacting HOVER-1 customer service and let’s just say that’s joke! It was past the return widow so we just got him another one since he enjoyed it so much. The new hover board did the same thing!!! We still had time to return that one and we did. We’re going to look into a different brand and hope for better luck. On a side note HOVER-1 finally got back to me nearly a month later stating the manufacturer warranty is void since we attempted repair on our own. Well, if we didn’t I’m sure it would have caught fire! The battery was so hot it burned my hand when I picked it up to move it outside.

My grandson (9) wanted a hoverboard but he's pretty uncoordinated, this works amazing for him! He loves it! AND if he wants to be daring, he can unhook it and ride it normal.

Granddaughter loves it!!! Very nice good Quality.

Worked great until it stopped and began to beep and flash then doesn't move.

We bought this for our 7 year old son for Christmas. He loved it! Rode it with the cart in the house everyday. Within a week the hoverboard broke, making a terrible noise. We reported it to the manufacturer (with videos, etc) and were told it was a mechanical issue and is not covered by warranty. We took it apart to see if we could fix it ourselves and found the entire hoverboard is plastic other than 2 aluminum pieces that are supposed to hold the two sides together. The plastic threads cracked and the screws came loose, making the middle wabble. Be warned! Our son weighs less than 75 pounds, there is no reason this should have broken. We are horribly disappointed and find this was a huge waste of money. Do not buy! They do not stand by their product!

Excellent product daughter loves riding on it. Easy to assemble. Battery takes around 5 hours to charge and only last about 2 hrs of continous use.

When I received it the front wheel would not spin 360 degrees. I had to order a replacement wheel for it to work properly.
