Simple setting and installation, well worth the price saved money through Amazon again
The installation of these lights were very simple and turned out awesome, three lights like these cost three more ti es than what we paid through Amazon, after installation it worked like a champ, the motion on them worked out perfectly and settings simple

Not Impressed.
So far installed one in a closet.. worked a half a dozen times. Installed second in bathroom to activate a 4 light vanity... never functioned. Closet failed after vanity install. Not much instruction or info on these little bug eyes. I was an electrician for a few years, I am still in the building trades so I'm not a novice. Frustrated and disappointed. I will keep digging for a solution before they get trashed.

Versatile switches. Be sure to respect the maximum rated wattage.
These things are handy. I used them to add motion sensing to my exterior lights without replacing the existing fixtures. I changed the bulbs to 26-Watt LED's to reduce the current consumption below the rating of the switches. The result is super-bright motion lights that only come on after dark. They have been in service for while and have had no failures.

Works well
People who have issues with these most likely don’t realize it only works when it is dark and there is movement, not just movement. I did a work around and painted the photo sensor portion of the sensor so it only works with motion. Now I do wish you could adjust the light sensitivity and time it stays on but over all I think it’s a great value.

Inconsistent
The good part is - it works. The not so good part is - you never know when the sensor will pick up the motion. It may do it in the midle of the day from a 10 foot distance or it may do in a total darkness from no more than 3 feet.

Great item and good deal!
Ah the new age of cheap but fun and useful electronics! These types (PIR) detectors used to be very pricey and not of good quality but now they are nicely priced and better quality on top of that. So for the pros and cons of these and how to make them better. Of the pros is their excellent price! 3 for the price of 2 coffees so not bad at all. Easy to wire up with only 4 wires to deal with. 120 volt so not having to deal with voltage adapters or relays to use them with mains voltage. Very good pickup angles on them. Small, so they can be used in a lot more places. Now for the small negative side of them: They have a fixed time (about 30 seconds) and no way to make it longer or shorter. The only other issue is that they do not want to activate in a medium to bright light but there is a way to fix that. They are easy to open up as held in with two small tabs and then just pull the guts out. Once you have it opened up you can find the Photo Cell (see attached picture) on the circuit board and black it out to make it think that it is in darkness. A black Sharpie will NOT work to cover it so you must use dark paint or something non transparent (like black silicone) to completely cover it so no light can get in on the top of sides. The limited amount of wattage that these can be used with is the only other thing that is not great about them but if needed you can go larger with a relay.

Exactly what it's intended for as per the description
Exactly what they're meant for motion detector work works as promised very nice sensor for lights

Works well, about 20mins to install if you've got the tools you need.
Works fine. Could use longer wire set for installation, and the wires don't go easily into the new-style wire 'nuts' (spring-clmps) but otherwise good.

No connection pigtails or any directions
Sent without anytype of directions, nor did it come with proper connection pigtails, leaving very little splice in new connections.

Wish it would trigger with full light
Works well but does not work for me. The sensor is too smart. It does not turn the light on as long as there is some room light. Otherwise it works well. No way to defeat it.
