Mayde J-Lek Sriracha Extra Hot Sauce, Sweet & Hot Chili Sauce from Thailand (23.6 oz)

It's definitely sweet, has some kick but it's not overpowering like some Thai sauces. We have brushed it on chicken, beef, pork, and fish. Brush on the last few minutes the pieces are on the grill and it will make a great tasting glaze. Mix with bbq sauce and brush on to give bbq sauce that little kick. A little goes a long way so it lasts as well. It's good on veggies to. Brushed on corn on the cob, zucchini steaks, squash steaks. Definitely an all around sauce. Can be used as dipping sauce. Goes well with ranch, vinegar and olive oil to. Works on salads. Definitely recommend.

Tastes amazing! Not too hot, but adds a slight kick. The bottle was bigger than expected, but makes it a good value for the money.

Very nice spicy sweet flavor. My only criticism is that on the bottle it says once opened it’s only good for four weeks. Seriously? I can’t use this up in four weeks.

My husband likes it... too hot for my taste buds.
