Fighting Blind

This is a wo Derulo book, however the 3 stars is due to the cliffhanger at the end. I have been waiting a few years for the next one but no words or information regarding it. Is there going to be a 2nd book and if so when?

I don't normally give five stars for a cliff hanger but this book was great. Really interesting portrayal of a shifter who is half fae and half wolf and is blind but can see auras. Loved all the characters and the way they interacted with each other. Lots of action and packed with drama and sassy comments. I'm really looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

I would recommend this book to anyone that is tired of the normal shifter romance series. This book was definitely different and I love the fact that the protagonist was such an amazing skilled fighter. This book will have you guessing and keep you on your toes. I love the character development and I love the plot. I think everything about this book was magical.

I had very high hopes for this read considering the other five star reviews. Don't get me wrong, I love new/indie authors. They bring in a unique style of writing that can be refreshing amidst the top dog authors in their genre. However, sometimes authors can be too new and it shows in their writing skill. If I were back in high school or younger I would have loved the fast paced, back to back action, whiplash scenes and overly saturated characters. Now that I am a few years older it just seems a bit immature. The characters especially were two dimensional and had very overly drawn personalities. There is a fine line between being a badass and someone who has to be in every bit of action that goes on just to re-affirm their toughness to the world. I liked the character concept but I just felt that the characters were immature such as strutting around tossing bad guys into trees with their pinkies dodging horny stereotypical knuckle-headed males left to right. Overall, I just felt whip-lashed.

I was in the middle of reading your book when you pulled it to publish it. I was sad, but happy you put it on amazon so quickly. I love how you portrayed Kei as such a strong main character and how she uses her blindness to her benefit. I especially enjoyed how you told us, at the beginning of each chapter, the colors of the emotions. I am looking forward to finishing it and reading more of your books.

I absolutely loved this book. It was more than the classic mate story. There was an interesting backstory and the woman made her man work for it! I fell in love with her constant sass, sarcastic comments, and love of teasing. Great read and hope to see more!

Couldn't put it down! Love the storyline and the people!

Fast pace.story can't wait for the next book to.come.out hopefully it will be soon ... want to see what happens
