This set's sturdy transporter crane rotates smoothly and raises & lowers as listed. I received a blue set with a blue car; the doors of the car open and close nicely. Nice size for toddlers, no sharp edges that I noticed. The crane portion detaches from the truck giving a toddler the option of playing with the auto and truck ... maybe racing the two, although the car is a pullback racer while the truck is friction powered, but still, would provide hours of play for the imaginative toddler. Nice set; good value

My son loves tow trucks and haulers so I was glad this was both and it’s pretty small so easy to store. It hauls hot wheels and other cars too. The hook was put on backwards which meant it couldn’t actually hook to pull the car but it was pretty easy to pull it off and resnap into place going the other way. But actually it doesn’t really hook to pull the car by the crane. So that’s disappointing.

My 6 year old son loves vehicles and has really enjoyed playing with this toy. The car can be a bit difficult to position for towing, but that's his only complaint so far. The trailer portion does not detach, if that's important to anyone.

I expected more. It was nearly $20. Could have gotten a better toy for that price.

Size. Does size really matter? It does when you're looking at the photo with the subject in the picture... the thing looks HUGE! But, if you actually look at the photo with the measurements, you'll see it's much smaller than the main picture depicts. Anyway, it's still a cute tow truck and it really cruises! One little push and it'll travel 10 feet! I did end up changing the direction of the tow hook, so you can actually tow the car (seems strange to have it facing the cab), but once I did, my kid loved it. The trailer comes off with a push button, which is nice... so I don't have to hook it back on every time it falls off... but then...I have to unhook it every time my kid wants them separated so he can use the little tow truck to tow the car without the trailer. It's cute, just small.

This large alloy toy tow truck is sturdy, and has excellent sound quality. It’s a great value for the money, and it’s perfect for kids. I would recommend this toy tow truck.

Decent toddler toy. My 3 year old enjoys it, but is also frustrated by some of the parts. The crane arm rotates and extends, but the hook doesn't lower. The crane and car transporter can be separated. There's a small button that needs to be pushed in order to open the clasp and connect them. Not sure a 2 year old's fingers are strong enough to push the button in. The car sits on the top. The top level can lower into a ramp and allows the car to roll out. The back gate opens, but it doesn't turn into a ramp. It's completely horizontal so there's no way for the car to roll nicely out of the carrier. If you put the car on the lower level, you will need to squeeze your fingers in to push it out. Smaller than pictured.

My little one absolutely loved playing with this! The truck feels durable, and the friction motor works well. The trailer is easy to detach and clip back on. The included extra car was a nice touch, and the pull-back drive works well too. Overall a great value!
