Finally, a useful self help book!
A very simple read for anyone who has ADHD, as someone who has read many self books in the past, this has to be one of the best, mainly for the reason that it actually understands the reader's perspective of having ADHD and is painfully relatable.Highly recommend to anyone who has or knows anyone who has ADHD.

A Game-Changer
Many authors of ADHD-literature, f. ex. psychiatrists or researchers on the topic, try to write their books in a ADHD-friendly manner and I am very thankful for that. But to be honest I think if you have ADHD yourself as an author you will accomplish ADHD-friendliness on a whole other level."How to ADHD" is a good read, super helpful, funny and speaks to my heart and soul. I feel understood!I was thankful to the channel "How to ADHD" for the many helpful tips but I didn't think I would need this book. But one day in an impulsiveness frenzy I ordered it along with a bunch of stuff I didn't really need. I even forgot that I had it in my card and that I pre-ordered it. When I got it I was surprised and although I didn't want to read it at first I gave it a try. It helped me so much. It's not just because of the tips (In my opinion it helps me even more if a have a method or strategy of how to deal with my symptoms in writing than in video format. I don't know why), it's also Jessica's own ADHD-journey that helps me understand myself better and even be at peace with myself and know, I'm not alone. It's also the many comments of other ADHD-people from around the world that make me feel as a part of an odd but lovely worldwide community. As someone who didn't always feel like I belonged that means a lot.All I can say is thank you! This book has become an important resource for me!!
