Purchased this for the kitchen at work. It’s gone down as a legendary item. We call it the egg master 3000. You have to be in egg club to use it, but shush nobody talks about egg club.Mainly used for poached eggs and I mush say it does a great job.Cleaning it pretty simple with a bit of white wine vinegar.For the price it’s and absolute steal.

Worked well and reliable though a bit expensive. Take one star down because the markings on measuring cup was a bit confusing.

I'm absolutely chuffed with this purchase! Perfectly cooked eggs every time. The water measure pot is a little confusing and instructions aren't very clear (I ended up googling them and found a much better written language manual) but once you've got the hang of it it's so simple to use. Easy to clean also, would recommend using a non scratch scourer on the metal circular plate immediately after use to avoid discolouration build up. Super handy, especially for poached eggs which I can never get the swirl/cook time right on on the hob!

Despite trying with 1 - 6 eggs and putting on lowest water measure, this egg cooker is dreadfulWe have large fresh eggs and use the cooker exactly as instructed but still get chalky stiff yolksHorrible, have used so can’t return, also if you scan the supplied qr code for an app, it says not available in your country (UK)

As with most egg cookers, poached eggs were very undercooked. Out of all egg cookers I have bought - not only was it the most expensive it is also the most dangerous. In spite of taking care taking the lid off, I badly scalded 2 fingers. I can't send it back as I have discarded packaging. I will donate to charity. As a state pensioner the cost of this item is a lot of money to me.

Great item, works well, good value, don't contact Philips for any help as are useless, easy to clean

Works well and good quality, however it does not automatically turns off as cheaper models. There are other options that are better value for money
