Great product
It always starts on the first or second pull pretty quiet works great I bought 2 and the parralell kit

Great Generator!
Works great for the new hunting shack. I changed to synthetic oil and I really like the performance. The only problem I have encountered is the knob for starting/turn off...after about 40 hours of use, the screw holding it on vibrated off. Now I check it to make sure it’s tight prior to each use. Other than that, no problems. It’s a quiet functioning product which I highly recommend!

Love the size, the look, and the build compactness and quality. Arrived quickly, flawless instructional book. Engine ran up on the second pull. Much more quiet than expected. This seller was right there for me. I paid modest shipping...and was glad to. Thank you for doing exactly what you said you could. On time! Heavier than I expected but I am 81 years young...so I will get over it. Go Ford! I gave support a confidence vote because they were 5 star all the way I did not need any help at any stage of the startup. This will be used for Emergency Radio Communications in an emergency in Hawaii.

First inverter generator
Have not used in the mountains camping yet, but did fire it up after I got it. Ran everything in the camp trailer but the ac compressor. Not big enough but I did not plan on it doing that. About 1/2 the weight of my other generator. After using it for a couple years I am very pleased. Starts every time, very quiet. Love this inverter generator.

Serial number hidden and hard to identify for warranty registration. Need to hunt for it.
On-off selector fell off during first use. Re installed by simply re-setting screw in selector knob. Runs good.....priced right.....like extra 200 watts over most 2000 watt inverters. Stunned to read in owners manual the need for such frequent oil changes. I believe after really looking over this inverter generator, it is a rebranded Pulsar model with a Ford exterior.

My new Ford Inverter Generator
Well i finally opened my Ford inverter generator today and i was very happy and please with it. It was very easy to unbox and setup to use. My power went out today for a few hours and i used it. I put in the oil and gas followed the starting instructions gave it one pull on the starting cord and there you go wa la power and it is very quiet.
