AWESOME CLARITY AND PROTECTION from the TEMPERED GLASS screen protector (SO MUCH BETTER THAN ZAGG HD) ...w/just a couple of rese
I've used the tempered glass screen protectors for almost five years and count on them to keep my iPhone screen scratch and crack free even with heavy use, occasional drops, etc.The only reason I am buying another screen protector so soon is because my iPhone 6-plus was defective and when the tempered glass screen protector was pulled off, it cracked. I probably could have avoided this by a more careful removal but in the moment didn't think of it. Regardless, it sufficiently protected my screen from any dings, scratches, dog claws, and so much more, it's worth the investment.Pros:I love the HD clarity the tempered glass protector provides. Unlike the Zagg HD protector which is beautiful and clear only on it's first day of installation- and after which shows dings and nicks from normal everyday use, the tempered glass doesn't get have those issues. That, in my opinion, is the biggest draw to the tempered glass screen protectors, in addition to the superior general scratch, ding, and occasional drop protection that they provide.I particularly liked how this brand kind of "suctions" on and how easily it is to get air bubbles out when putting it on. It's really important to make sure your screen is cleaned well prior to installation and that the install is done in a dust-free environment (turn off fans in the room). We have a few animals so next time I put mine protector on, I'll do so somewhere that is 100% free of any dust or dander). It's semi-forgiving in allowing minor adjustments when applying.... if you are careful.Cons:If you touch the sticky side of the protector that goes against the phone screen, it'll leave a smudge that cannot be removed- I'm a perfectionist and want my phone screens to be perfect so that would bug the hell out of me if it happened. If a piece of dust or debris gets on the sticky side of the protector before placing on phone screen it will be there until you replace the screen. There's really no way to get it off and if you try to remove with your fingernail you'll leave a mark or smudge (see above). The good news is that the piece of dust that got under mine only showed when the screen was dark. The bad news was it drove me crazy when I did see it.Other considerations:The tempered glass will generally have more of an "edge" that one can feel where the protector does not cover the screen (i.e. over home button or on the rounded edge of the iPhone screen). This particular one had a smoother edge than the previous tempered protectors I had on my older iPhones so it didn't bother me and the tradeoffs were worth it.Why aren't there perfect cutout shapes for the phone screen for which it is made? In other words if you look closely on the top and bottom of the protector, there are cutouts over the earpiece and the home screen button on the iPhone. This is one thing that really drives me nuts when trying to find a screen protector for my current iPhone. I suspect that in the rush to get a screen out before the iPhone went mass market, manufacturers made a semi-generic one that would work but wasn't a perfect matchup to the screen. I did buy this one because frankly last November when I got into my iPhone 6 plus, I couldn't find any tempered glass protectors for it that had precise and exact cutouts. Regardless, the tempered glass protector did it's job magnificently well. But I'd really love to find one now that has precise and exact cutouts that fit my iPhone screen exactly. That all said, if I cannot find another brand that has exact cutouts and with solid high ratings from buyers that they actually fit properly, I would be incredibly confident in buying this screen again.Be aware, that among the three choices of screens for purchase from this seller, make sure that you select the one that is TEMPERED GLASS if you want the screen protector that I have reviewed.

Good value vs more expensive films
This is a good value vs more expensive films such as the Power Support film sold at the Apple Store. While the Cailifu film does have slight "pixelation" affect, its barely noticeable and only a very close look could reveal it.Slight pixelationCompared to the Power Support film, the Cailifu film has one drawback - a pixelation effect that degrades image quality only very slightly. It's similar to when you spray the screen of your phone with a very fine mist of water, but it's much more subtle, and you could only see it if you actually take time to look for it. You can see this pixelation best if you look at a white field on your iphone with the Cailifu film installed on it. (I loaded an email on my Iphone 6 plus, and then looked at large, white areas of the email where this no text. I saw a very fine texture of pixels after looking very closely. At first I didn't notice this, but when I compared my Iphone 6 Plus to my spouse's which had the Power Support anti-glare film; it was immediately apparent.)This film is a great valueOf course, the Cailifu film is less-than-a-third of the price of the Power Support film and you get 6 of them in a pack! It's also shaped better than the Power Support film. (The Power Support film exposes a bit more glass than the Cailifu film, and is more difficult to align to the edges of the screen than the Cailifu film.) As with most anti-glare films, this one has a matte finish to it. That means reflection/shininess of the screen will be gone. This seems fairly obvious to most people, but other people are surprised that they're screen is no longer shiney after installing the film. But of course the benefit to that is that you'll be able to read whats on the screen easier. Another thing that the Cailify film does better than the Power Support film sold by Apple is that the Cailifu film feels better to the touch. The surface of the Cailifu film allows my finger to slip across its surface more easily than the Power Support film. This really makes a difference when using the larger Iphone 6 plus. Lastly, the pixelation issue is barely noticeable, and you'd really have to try hard to see it - even when reading email.ConclusionSo if you're looking to protect the screen of your Iphone 6 plus, but you're not willing to pay so much for the Power Support film - the Cailifu film is a great choice.
