In Alaska, out milk is fortified with vit D, I used to drink a lot of milk, but not so much as I've gotten older. I've experienced a decrease in energy and motivation. My doctor suggested I may need vit D. This worked for me. I take some in the morning and sometimes around noon.. but I learned to stop there or I wont get a full night's sleep.Just my experience with this stuff, not a medical recommendation. I will say that if I was taking too much, I had to urinate more often. That's you're body trying to rid the excess.That all said, they taste good.. perhaps TOO good. Cherry gummies.. keep the kids out of them.

Easy-to-chew soft gummies. Not sticky like some gummy supplements. I've used Nature Made products for a long time and have always been pleased. I would recommend these for anyone, but especially for someone with difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules.

If you have ulcerative colitis please don’t use these they made my issues worse
