A great training aid
The swingplate is the original training aid and doesn’t brake like cheaper Chinese versions. Built to last and worth every penny ! Love it

Top Quality Effective Training Aid
What a great training aid, totally exceeded my expectation in quality and effectiveness. Purchased it to help with my backswing plane but discovered I can use it for many other aspects of my swing using the videos on the product website. Gem of a find, just got to put the work in now : )

It is well made and good to have as a base to hold an alignment stick for indoor practice. However, it is not heavy enough to hold securely a fully extended Swing Plate telescopic rod. I used weight inserts for an ankle strap to stop it from tipping.
