I usually take pro+prebiotics and I swapped these in when I finished my last bottle. These seem to be working, as there has been no noticeable difference except that I have to take more of these to get the same amount I was taking. The dosage is a little low compared to some of the other options available, especially considering the price, but they seem like a decent product so far.I've experienced no bloating and the pills themselves, while somewhat large, are easy to swallow. I dislike having to take so many, but it's not that big of a deal. They have a bit of an odor, but I've found that most of these sorts of supplements do, and I have experienced no bloating or ill side effects. They are a quality product, if a bit more expensive than some of the others, and I've found it works well for regularity.

It has been a goal of mine to work on my gut health in 2024... I've been using Nootrix for about two months consistently now, and can say I have been viably less bloated and has helped me focus on my health kick. Ingredients are clean too, which is great!

I first tried the suggested serving size of 3 and they didn't make my stomach feel right and I got the runs. So a few days later, I tried only 1 pill and my stomach still didn't feel right. My stomach didn't feel horrible but I still felt "meh" ya know? I personally can't recommend this product *for sensitive stomachs but if you don't have a sensitive stomach... this may work better for you.

I've tried other formulas with pre, pro and post biotics but all they seemed to do was create painful gas. This product, with the digestive enzymes, has truly made a difference with my gut health. Finally, a sensible combination that creates improved gut functions without the distress. I'm very pleased with this product. I hope it is this good for others too!

I recently had to have a major dental procedure that required me to be on antibiotics for an extended period of time. Antibiotics have a tendency to completely ruin the gut biome, and I wanted to ensure that I was maintaining it and establishing a healthy biome when I finished taking the antibiotics.As others have stated, there are about a million other products on the market, and oftentimes they are vague and don't really give you an idea of you're taking. They often make claims about having so-and-so many healthy strains but often do not list what you're actually putting into your body. Nootrix really went out of their way to describe *exactly* what you get. Even more important (for me, at least) are that the capsules are vegan as other brands will use gelatin capsules as they tend to be cheaper to produce. I started taking these shortly after starting the antibiotics, and I had zero gut issues the whole time unlike the many other times I've taken the same ones. Since there is enough for a two months supply, I still have a whole other month left but I am already noticing a positive change in bowel habits and possibly my mood as well. Overall, they are well worth the price.One last thing, it's nice to know that they are produced in an FDA-approved facility; often times products are made overseas and shipped to the US and labeled as "packaged in the USA," which is quite deceiving. I like knowing exactly what I put in my body and from where, and Nootrix went out of their way to be transparent and provide this information.

Unlike other gut supplements that made me feel uneasy after taking them, this one is gentle on my stomach, and I've noticed a significant improvement in digestion. It's become a daily essential for me!

The literal best supplement I have purchased. It immediately helped with bloating and my body feels better over all. Would recommend to anyone looking for a supplement like this!
