I'm disappointed. It's not what I was expecting
I'm disappointed. It's not what I was expecting, based on all the glowing reviews. The model used for the photos inside seems inappropriately dressed, really showing off her boobs in a way that made me feel like I was not the target audience for this book. That was a turn-off. Great title, though. I now wish I had ordered The New Rules for Lifting instead.

For beginners only
I did not find the book as helpful as I thought it would be. As someone who knows how to eat clean and exercise properly, this is a book for beginner's and not those already living a clean, healthy lifestyle.

This Book is for Beginner's to Exercise
If you just getting started in fitness I think you will enjoy it, but buy the book not the kindle version with no pictures. As a personal trainer I felt it was hyped too much by Dr. Oz as I was looking for more knowledge; especially with the credibility of the writer. The BEST book written I purchased from Amazon was Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto. Outstanding book and it works!

This book is FANTASTIC!
I love how Jennifer breaks down all the info for anyone to understand - from beginner to advanced fitness pro. This book has quickly become my "go to" manual. I've already circulated it amongst family and friends.

Can't put it down
This book is fantastic!! I'm not a big book reader but once i started reading i couldn't put the book down. Jennifer is a real inspiration...and she's hot and sexy too!!
