Very happy with this product! Works wonderful! My daughter got her ears pierced and a few months later one got infected. This got rid of the infection and healed it right up!

Used the whole bottle religiously when I got my second earlobe piercings and after I ran out of the one I bought at the tattoo shop. Way cheaper too! I like the extra ingredients, very soothing stuff. After I ran out I thought I’d be ok, even though the piercer suggested a healing time of 6-8 months. One day I noticed I started getting one of them irritated and crusty. I immediately ordered a second bottle and started using day and night again. It took care of the irritation and helped heal faster! I like the ease of use and the bottle is way bigger but still cheaper than the one I purchased from the piercer. I highly recommend it.

I do not write reviews often but this worked extremely well in healing some irritation and a bump that was forming after a new-ish piercing and a jewelry change. I saw a noticeable difference after two days of use (AM and PM application and cleaning) and after about a week and a half the bump was gone. I used this in combination with a piercing bump oil solution and found it was well worth it.

I recently got my nose re-pierced, and I used Steriwash to clean my piercing. It did keep the site clean, but I noticed my piercing was very irritated for some reason and remembered I had this from a previously healed piercing. As soon as I sprayed this, my piercing calmed down and within 2 days, it was back to normal. I stopped using the Steriwash and have been using this instead. I was hesitant because most piercers recommend sterile saline only and this has additives, but this spray has helped me tremendously. And my piercing isn’t fresh—roughly 6 weeks old. So I may not recommend it for freshly done piercings, but to treat some minor irritation for a healing piercing, I’d recommend.

I'd let my earlobe piercings close during an extended health issue, and decided to open them again. Apparently, the rubbing alcohol twice a day that was de rigueur in my youth was now passe. Chose this product based on reviews, and it worked great. The nozzle was easy to manage, allowing for reduced flow based on pressure. Since I was leaving my studs in for the first two weeks (short time frame due to repierce), I sprayed the front and back of my ears and in between the posts twice daily with this hypochlorous acid product, but didn't turn the studs. Every other day, I thoroughly washed piercings in hot water while showering, and gave studs one full turn. Both lobes healed beautifully.Did more research on hypochlorous acid for facial use, and apparently hypochlorous acid works best if nothing is added in. This product also has Aloe Vera, Rosemary, and Tea Tree Oil. All good ingredients, and didn't cause any issues with piercings, but as a person with over the top sensitive skin, I'll try straight hypochlorous acid for my face. Overall, thrilled to have found something safe and gentle. A coupon for next purchase was included in the box, too.

I feel like myself and my daughter have perpetually unhealed ears, and I’ve tried so many different cleaners and types of earrings not knowing what the issue was. This has by far made so much difference! Smells great! Has quick relief of issues, but you need to be consistent. Very easy to use, and sprays out just the right amount. Some others have just dumped but not had nearly the right amount of pressure or precision. Good value for the size.

This stuff is amazing. I have about 20 piercings and anytime the newer ones flare up (usually from sleeping on them) a few sprays applied at night, and I wake up the next day with a happy piercing. Price is good, cheaper than other well known brands and you get alot of product. It's lasted me a long time. Nice mist alleviates pain and heat on piercings and isn't a strong enough flow as to hurt. I've ordered it again. My only complaint is that I ordered for a second time a bit before Christmas and the item hasn't even shipped yet. :( it is well worth the wait. I've used h2ocean, home made saline bathes, essential oils and another brand I can't remember the name of... This one is my favorite, hands down.

I'll use this for every new piercing I get. It worked great!
