Compact yet powerful piece of kit.
Purchased to technologically enhance some older bits of audio kit, this is a wireless bluetooth transmitter/receiver that comes supplied with a number of useful cables including an RCA cable and 3.5mm female to female connector. Theres also a USB-C charging cable and a detailed user manual supplied although the device is quite intuitive. The device itself is very compact with the main unit measuring just 57x33x12mm. That said, whilst it is very light, the 3.5mm male audio connector does protrude and is minimally flexible meaning the risk for unintended damage. The battery capacity is 300mAh that can charge in about 2h with a reported 20h and 24h transmit and receive time respectively. While there is a charging indicator light which reportedly flashes red with low battery, there is no battery status indicator to inform of the current capacity which would be a helpful feature. The device was pre-charged and it was very easy to transmit and pair with bluetooth speakers by literally sliding the switch to transmit and pressing the P/R button. There are a series of LEDs that indicate the mode (transmit/receive), device(s) connected (A/B) and the audio codec selected which did not require any specific user input. There are further dual-purpose buttons on the front panel to decrease/increase volume or select previous/next song; and a multifunction button that (according to the manual) can be used to select codec. When using this device for the first time, this multifunction button did not need to be used and it was more "plug and play".The device was tested by using output audio from a turntable transmitted to a bluetooth enabled soundbar. Importantly, the sound quality was excellent with no latency lag.Overall, this is a very capable and portable device. Whilst there may be some features that would add further value to it, it remains an affordable and very powerful bluetooth transmitter/receiver that can enhance the functionality of older audio systems.

It worked for me.
Easy to instal. I have used it with Sony tv, Amazon fire, Ruark audio, old hiFi system and sound core one headphones variously in transmit and receive modes. No issues of latency. good transmitter distance. Have not had to charge yet so can't comment on that. Good accessories. Decent sound. I only ever give 4stars as unable to assess reliability. Given my old devices a new life. Very pleased with purchase.

Easy to use and superb sound quality.
I got this to add a bluetooth connection for my PC, I wanted to have a handy bluetooth audio connection with my phone. I wanted to be able to listen to music from my phone through the desktop sound system, also to sample (record) into the PC audio. It's been brilliant, perfect sound quality that I can't find a single fault with, bass comes through the sub as deep as if using a cable, highs are clear and crisp. I just popped this into a spare mic input for now. it starts in pair mode so just select it in the phone. Literally 30 seconds from box to music in ears. The audio quality has been superb, very much better than one I had a few years ago. Battery life has been great so far, in the time I've been using it up to now it's barely moved. It's no trouble to charge it up either as it's USB-C like the charging cable I have for my phone anyway.Brilliant little device and I can say I've been impressed by the quality.

Very easy to set up, and has two modes transmitter and receiver
I got this for my wife's classic iPod so she could connect it to her B&O Explore Bluetooth speaker which does not have a Aux input. I have a Bluetooth transmitter adapter that plugs into 40 pin socket and is powered from the iPod, the result is the iPod runs out of power quickly and you have to stop playing and unplug the adapter to recharge the iPod. The beauty about this adapter is it utilize the headphone output port. So if the iPod is low on power you can recharge while still playing or if the Sonru gets low on power you can recharge while still playing. She has allowed be to use it in the car to connect my phone to the car radio and this has work well (this was in receiver mode). The battery life is good and the battery is rechargeable, this is a good device I must confess I don't know what most of the lights mean but it looks good and I am thinking of getting one for my iPod so can use Bluetooth earbuds.
