These are hinges that have a certain amount of friction to them. I had a fan that I wanted to be able to swing out into the room and have it stick there. It's well made and it works great.

Too tight. This would be probably good on wood but plastics it would crack or fracture them through time. It would be nice if there was an adjustment via spring/allen wrench to determine the tension profile.

Well made hinges. Just what I needed.

These are good quality hinges with a nice tight fit.

Not a usable hinge, to small for how tight they are and will just rip screws or bolts out of whatever they are being mounted on

Decent hinge. Appears to be durable but doesn't have a locking feature when extended. Overall, nice hinge that opens and closes well. Good functionality if you don't take into consideration the no locking feature.

Did not end up using them because they are too strong. and I mean that in a good way: they would be perfect for furniture or cabinets, I just under estimated them for my own needs.

so rigid it ripped right out of the door with 1 1/2" screws

Small but strong! It was really hard to move these by hand. I attached two sheets of 1/2" plywood that are 40 inches by 30 inches and its a little to heavy to hold it upright but strong enough to handle the sheets moving back and forth.
