Work great for holding sheet metal patches.
Actually got for sheet metal patch work on cars. Very pleased with how it works to hold patch in place to weld. Will buy again

Remove it before the thin set cure completely is going to be hard to remove it
I used every day for my business, the best part is that you can able tu re-use it

what a difference but avoid on ceiling tile
cost effective solution to tile lippage issues. almost perfect even with imperfect surfaces. remember to remove these in the first few hours to avoid the nightmare scenario of the thinset setting up and having to snap and hide the steel shafts, i got bit by this on 3 of the levelers. Also note that using these on ceilings is not advisable, went topull them and found that in leveling the ceiling tiles a half dozen had insufficient thinset and fell off forcing me to re-apply and hand level.
